ABOUT ME
You don't have to come to therapy knowing exactly what to say or how to make sense of what you're feeling. Sometimes anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or life transitions can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that are difficult to understand on your own.
As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I provide a thoughtful, supportive space where we can explore your experiences together. By paying attention to both the present moment and the relationships and experiences that have shaped you, we can begin to understand what's beneath the surface and create room for meaningful change. I work with adults and teens and strive to help clients feel seen, understood, and more connected to themselves and others.

All you need for therapy is yourself and an open mind. I’ll help with the rest.

I would say that I understand! I recognize that therapy can seem intimidating. Especially with the existence of stigma around mental health and preconceived notions of what therapy looks like, it is understandable if someone is on the fence. I would then say that the therapy space is yours, and I will act collaboratively to meet you where you are to achieve the life that you imagine for yourself.

One of the best parts of the work for me is the “ah-ha!” moment – when a client draws a connection or forms a deeper understanding of something they do or believe. Fostering awareness is one of the most beautiful aspects of creating long-lasting change
My office is a quiet, welcoming space created to help you feel at ease. It is a place to slow down, speak openly, and make room for the thoughts and feelings that may feel difficult to carry alone.
